British niche perfumer Atkinsons, once official perfumer to the English Royal Court, has just accepted one of the world’s top awards for men’s fragrances. Marie Claire awarded the lush woody-amber-spicy eau de parfum as its best male fragrance 2023 at the Prix d’Excellence de la Beauté in France recently. The magazine’s 37th annual awards celebrates the best beauty, skincare and fragrance launches of the previous year according 21 French and foreign editors and journalists.
