Italian fashion house Versace has just unveiled a new addition to the bestselling Bright Crystal family. Introducing Bright Crystal Parfum, the longest-lasting concentration of the award-winning fruity-floral fragrance for her that is updated with a delicious caramelised red fruit note.

“I wanted to create a fragrance that would be inviting, fresh and floral like all the perfumes I love,” explains Donatella Versace. “Bright Crystal Parfum is a perfume that comes in a bottle of timeless elegance and that reveals fresh and floral notes.”

The original eau de toilette version was launched in 2006 and immediately became a global sensation selling out at many retailers. Composed by Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas, the light and fresh fragrance blended notes of yuzu citrus, pomegranate, an iced accord, peony, lotus, magnolia, musk, mahogany and amber. There is a sheer sensuality and crystal transparency that appeals to women of all ages and styles.

Versace Bright Crystal Parfum reimagines the original composition with a few intriguing twists. The first is a caramelised red fruits accord that adds a sweetness to balance the tart freshness of the berries. It adds a rich, succulent facet to the scent.  The floral and fruity ingredients are amplified and illuminated by Helvetolide, a vibrant and enticing upcycled musk note with a unique structure, whose floral and fruity undertones can be perceived right from the top notes. The dry down evolves into an intense blend of sophisticated woody and ambery molecules. This adds to the scents longevity.
