General Contest Terms
These contest rules and regulations are applicable to contests brought to you by Scent Lodge / scentlodge.com which are administered on its Social Media Pages (the “Social Media Pages”) or the Scent Lodge website (“scentlodge.com” or the “Website”) unless there are specific contest rules for a particular contest. Please note that certain contests promoted on scentlodge.com and its Social Media Pages may be brought to you by scentlodge.com in conjunction with another sponsor or by a sponsor other than scentlodge.com.
CONTEST PERIOD
The duration and timing of each contest/giveaway will be identified in the individual post on any of the Scent Lodge Social Media Pages or the Website, depending on where the contest is hosted.
ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contests are open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) age 18+ at the time of entry. Only an email address and applicable entry (via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or website, per the individual contest rules) is required. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
PRIZES
The approximate retail value of each prize can vary and is available upon request at the time of the particular contest. Winner(s) will be chosen at random; the odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. All entries that are incomplete, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by scentlodge.com. We take no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. scentlodge.com is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become the property of scentlodge.com and will not be returned. Prizes have no cash value.
Winners will be sent an email and will have seventy-two (72) hours to respond and correctly enter a skill-testing question. If no response is received within seventy-two hours, or the skill-testing question was not answered correctly, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for any technical failures. The winning entry for each contest will be verified. Winners will be announced on the Social Media Page(s) or the Website, depending on where the contest is hosted. A complete list of winners can also be found here.
GENERAL
By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their comments, name, city of residence and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by scentlodge.com, without further notice or compensation. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Contest Rules, which are subject to change without notice to Contest entrants individually, and each entrant releases Scent Lodge (scentlodge.com), its representatives and prize sponsors from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant’s participation in a Contest or the use of any prize. No communications will be entered into except with selected winners. scentlodge.com accepts no liability for errors on materials distributed online or in print for any contest.
